Early check-in is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
Early check-in fee is $25 per hour up until the normal 4 pm check-in time.
Late check-out is 12pm,
Late check-out fee is $40.

Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 11am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.
Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host

Street parking only. No on-property parking available. Street parking is always available, safe, and right in front of the property. Please do not block the driveway.

Unit 2 is located at the back of the property on the second floor .Multiple listings on this property.

You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. If you need to use the dryer, please remove and set it on the side. If you need to use the washer, please transfer and run the dryer. Thank you.

There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.

Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it’s not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.

No animals are allowed.

For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet’s waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.
