Street parking is available right in front of the house either on Park drive or Edgewood street. There is also a paid covered garage parking for $10 per night per car. Max capacity is 2 vehicles. Ceiling clearance in the garage is 7 ft.

There are extra pillows and sheets in the living room closet.

There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.

Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it’s not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.

No animals are allowed.

For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet’s waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.

IN AN EFFORT TO BE ENVIRONMENTALLY AND ECONOMICALLY CONSCIOUS WE RECYCLE OUR TOWELS AND SHEETS TO KEEP THEM IN USE. THIS ENABLES US TO GIVE OUR GUESTS THE BEST POSSIBLE VALUE AND AT THE SAME TIME HELP THE ENVIRONMENT.

27. ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE PROPERTY MUST BE REGISTERED AND VERIFIED WITH THE PLATFORM. FOR VERIFICATION, WE REQUIRE PHOTO OF ID OF ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE PROPERTY ALONG WITH THE PHOTO OF THE LICENSE PLATE, YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL OF THE CAR THAT WILL BE ON THE PROPERTY. ANY UNREGISTERED CAR ARE SUBJECT TO GETTING TOWED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESERVATION WITH UNVERIFIED OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS AND CARS.
